Components:
Component 1: Development of a structured legal and organizational framework for regional development and the management of EU funds, including regional development agencies and institutions
Component 2: Development of a structured framework for and improved capacity of cooperation between central and regional levels in implementing regional policies
Component 3: Development of a human resource strategy for the management of regional policies and programmes at central level
Component 4: Updating, further elaboration and reinforcement of pNDP, through increased capacity in management, control, monitoring and evaluation
Component 5: Improved communication capacity within the DPT and development of the pNDP and pilot region programme communication plans
Component 6: Enhancement of capacity and promotion of widespread EU approaches to implementing local development and horizontal priorities, including capacity in developing a project pipeline concerning EU funded projects, through skills in project-cycle management and feasibility studies
